Found Nates company via Google reviews. Did not disappoint at all. Zachariah and Michael came out and did a great job installing 2 exterior hose bibs. Price was fair and I was happy to support a local independent business. Highly recommend 👌
Zach was very professional and helped repair a leaking pipe in the evening when everyone I called wasn’t able to come out until the next day.
I was out of town when my water heater quit working. I called Principled Plumbing and they lined up a plumber to come to my house at 8 AM on the morning after I returned. Zachary and Mike were right on time and I had a new water heater installed by noon the same day. They were timely, professional, and committed to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
Principled Plumbing did a full re-route of all water lines and a new water heater on my house. The company charges were very reasonable. The communication was exceptional. Zachary, George and Michael were exceptional and were timely, honest, competent and very professional while being very nice and respectful. The owner of the company, Nate Jenkins is an exceptional person even calling on a Sunday. I highly recommend this plumbing company for performance and honesty.

Our water heater was on its last legs, but unexpectedly started smoking on a late Friday evening. My husband called around frantically and reached Nate, who talked him through safely getting it shut off and arranged to come out and replace it the next morning. He was responsive, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. The icing on the cake - he and his colleague swept out our garage after they were done and even took the time to arrange our shoes nicely (which were next to the water heater). We also found out he is a neighbor! Great service, so happy to have such a wonderful businessman in our neighborhood and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Zachary was fantastic. He was very professional and kept us completely informed on what was happening as he repaired a stuck sink valve and replaced the faucet. He did a great job cleaning up his work space when finished. We will definitely use Principled Plumbing again.
